Blue Light Innovations LTD (My Car Group) Car Sales Auction Terms and Conditions**
**1. Introduction**
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the participation of buyers and sellers in the car sales auction conducted by Blue Light Innovations LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Auctioneer").
1.2 By participating in the auction, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
**2. Registration**
2.1 All participants must register with the Auctioneer before participating in the auction.
2.2 Registration requires providing accurate and complete information, including personal details, contact information, and any other details requested by the Auctioneer.
2.3 The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at its discretion.
**3. Listing of Vehicles**
3.1 Sellers must accurately represent the vehicles they list for auction, including providing information on make, model, year, condition, mileage, and any known defects.
**4. Bidding Process**
4.1 Bidders must be registered and approved by the Auctioneer to participate in the bidding process.
4.2 Bidding increments will be set by the Auctioneer and communicated to all participants.
4.3 The highest bid at the close of the auction will be the winning bid.
4.4 Winning bidders are bound.
**5. Payment and Fees**
5.1 The winning bidder must pay the full auction price plus any applicable fees within 72 Hours after the close of the auction.
5.2 All payments must be made in GBP and through [specified payment methods].

**6. Vehicle Transfer and Collection**

7.1 Any disputes or discrepancies must be reported to the Auctioneer within 24 Hours.
7.2 The Auctioneer will make the final decision on any disputes.

8.2 The Auctioneer is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by sellers.
