Stunning original art deco plaster figure of a semi nude dancing lady. Designed by Giuseppe Leonardi for the Leonardene Co in London in the 1920s and 30s. This beautiful figure is very well modelled with a very pretty face. These figures were mass produced at the time and made from plaster to be affordable for the general public to have art deco pieces. This model is called Rhapsody and is the rarer green-gold colour. The figure has the impressed marks on the base of RD 817181 244. A fabulous vintage art deco figure. Height 38 cm. Some small chips / scuffs - see images for accurate condition.

Collection is to be within 5 days of the auction close from Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Collection is strictly by appointment and must be between Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am and 3pm.
Shipping options for some items is available. Enquiries should be made prior to the auction end and prior to bidding.
Any goods not collected within 7 days will incur a daily storage charge of £10+vat per item unless otherwise agreed in writing by Newman Jacobs and after a 14 day period, deemed forfeited to be re-auctioned without refund.

Raw Return - A product which was returned to the store by a purchaser hence are untested and unassessed. No returns accepted on raw returns.

Viewing
Should you wish to arrange a viewing of any of the lotted items, please make contact outlining your availability and we shall endeavour to arrange a mutually convenient appointment with the vendor.
Buyers Premium
A buyers premium of 20%+vat applies to all lotted items unless otherwise specified with an additional 1%+vat online auctioneers fee.
Payment
All lots MUST be paid for in full within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sale, via BACS transfer.
VAT
VAT is payable on the bidders premium.
Please review each individual lot to determine if VAT is applicable for the item and if chargeable.
Collection of Goods
All lots must be collected or delivery arranged (if applicable) without exception by the date as displayed on the auction information.
All collection appointments are strictly by appointment.
Goods not collected within this timeframe will incur a daily charge as noted within the auction conditions and if not collected within 14 days, will be deemed forefeited.
