Payment is due by MONDAY, 10 APRIL 2023 NO EXCEPTIONS.
Fees: Buyers Premium 12.5% plus Internet Surcharge 6%
INVOICING
Successful bidders will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the auction finishing. Please contact Food Machinery 2000 if your invoice has not been received.
NOTICE TO EXPORT PURCHASERS. Export customers will be issued with a VAT invoice. The VAT element excluding VAT on Buyers Premium will be refundable upon receipt of satisfactory proof of export providing this is received within 30 days from date of export.
In detail:
BIDDING starts to close from 12 NOON 10 APRIL 2023. Starting with lot 1, each lot dropping off sequentially at 1 minute intervals.
BIDS ARE SUBJECT TO STAGGERED TIMINGS AND THE TEN MINUTE RULE (The 10-Minute Rule refers to what happens when someone bids in the last ten minutes of an auction. If a bid is placed in the last ten minutes of an auction, the closing time of the auction is extended ten minutes).
COMBINATION LOTS
When lots are offered as part of a combination.
Accordingly your winning bid for individual items cannot be confirmed until the outcome of the combination lot has been determined.
PAYMENT
All payments to be received no later than MONDAY 10 APRIL 2023 – UNLESS WHERE OTHERWISE INDICATED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
VIEWING:
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -TEL: 01373 831 373 (HIGH VIZ AND SAFETY SHOES REQUIRED).
COVID19 - ALL CURRENT GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES TO BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO. THIS MAY MEAN THAT VISITORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK, USE HAND SANITISERS AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. STAGGERED VIEWING TIMES AND COLLECTIONS MAY BE IN PLACE TO AVOID CROWDS.
COLLECTION DATES:
Collection dates are limited and will be booked in, in accordance with access/item location within the factory. COLLECTION IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WARNING: Do not send in any transport unless it has been booked in and payment in full has been received. Vehicles not booked in will be turned away. If any agreed collection date is not met please note you are at risk of incurring a storage charge.
FINAL CLEARANCE:
Final clearance date TO BE ADVISED. Please contact Food Machinery 2000 if you have not received this information. Goods are at risk if not collected by the said date.
REMOVAL
It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure their goods at the point of sale. A lift out charge is apportioned to each lot, this covers loading onto your vehicle – Extra charges apply for palletisation and loading into a container.
Where pallets are available it is possible to provide a pallet and secure your goods to the pallet for an additional fee of £15 per pallet. This is payable in advance of your collection. We cannot however guarantee availability of pallets.
BTR – Items marked BTR are “Buyer To Remove”. Please arrange this through Food Machinery 2000. If you are removing equipment yourself you will be required to provide Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS).
LOADING: Your Lift Out charge covers loading onto your vehicle. Additional charges apply for specialist and container loading. Contact Food Machinery 2000 for further details.
THIRD PARTY EQUIPMENT: Please note that Food Machinery 2000 reserve the right to include third party equipment in some auctions at their discretion. This equipment can include equipment from bank/finance repossession and may be located at an alternative address to the auction site. Location details will be provided in the auction catalogue.

HOWEVER, IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE GOODS TO SATISFY THEMSELVES AS TO THE CONTENT RELIABILITY AND SUITABILITY OF ANY EQUIPMENT BEING OFFERED FOR SALE. ALL MEASUREMENTS & DESCRIPTIONS HAVE BEEN PREPARED IN GOOD FAITH BUT SHOULD NOT BE WHOLLY RELIED UPON.
THE EQUIPMENT IS EXTREMELY VERSATILE AND SUITABLE FOR MANY SECTORS OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY.
