Beginning and end of auction:

Buyers’s premium / VAT: A buyer’s premium of 7% will be applied to invoice in addition to all sales

Minimum prices:

For some lots of the auction minimum prices have been set! The seller of the items will be informed about the highest bids after the end of the auction sale. He will then decide whether the lots will be sold for the prices realized. If the seller agrees to sell an item to the highest bidder despite of the fact that the reserve price was not met, the potential buyer will be informed of the decision within two days from the auction’s end. Until then, the submitted offer is binding. If a lot should not have met the minimum price yet, this is mentioned in the bidding box.

Payment: Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction end date. The full invoice must be paid by wire transfer only within the time specified and prior to the removal of any goods.

VAT Italy:

Buyers from Italy will have to pay the VAT to the auctioneer unless proper paperwork with tax-exempt number is immediately presented at the time of payment

VAT (non EC customers):

Foreign customer from state that do not belong to the EC do not have to pay VAT. EX1 will have to be sent to the auctioneer after custom’s declaration. Duly identification tax code/number must be presented.

VAT (EC customers):

A VAT number will have to be provided by the buying company with full details for invoice. No asset can be collected before; without VAT number the VAT will have to be paid to the auctioneer.

Exclusion of warranty:

All assets are used and will be sold “as is and where is”, no guarantee on any asset.

Removal: All purchases must be removed not later than 3 weeks after close of auction. All machines purchases must be picked up by the buyer; transportation will not be provided. Seller will take care of machines dismantling and loading on truck/container.

Collection date:

By prior appointment only; the full payment on bank account is precondition. None exception will be done. If equipment is not removed within specified time, purchaser shall be liable for any storage costs incurred.
